- Navigate to the HYAS UI.
- Log in using your HYAS product credentials.
- At the top right corner of the UI, select the headset and click "Contact Support".
- Fill in all the fields.
** In order to provide a timely and efficient resolution, be sure to provide as much information as possible regarding your inquiry, bug submission, feature request, or request for information.
Click "Save".

- Navigate to the HYAS Help Center.
- Log in using your HYAS product credentials.
- Click the "Support" button located in the bottom right corner of the page.
- Fill in all the fields.
** In order to provide a timely and efficient resolution, be sure to provide as much information as possible regarding your inquiry, bug submission, feature request, or request for information. - Click "Save".
**You may also submit your requests by emailing support@hyas.com, noting that HYAS' preferred methods are the options above as it permits the user to apply a priority to the support submission.
