The QR code displays a single time upon first signing into your HYAS Insight account. It will not display a second time should you clear the code without scanning it into your preferred authentication application. To generate a new QR code you would either have to:
Contact your HYAS Administrator so that he may clear the existing 2FA token.
Contact HYAS Client Support by selecting the support button on the bottom right of this page.
