** Your HYAS Support Portal credentials are separate from your HYAS product credentials, making changes to your HYAS Support Portal credentials will not update your HYAS product credentials.
All of your previous tickets are stored under your profile on support.hyas.com. If you've submitted a ticket to our desk in the past, a profile has been created for you, and your current and previous requests should be viewable from the portal.
Please see the instructions on retrieving the details of your requests below:
- Navigate to support.hyas.com.
- On the top right corner of the page, click Sign In.
- A pop-up will appear, enter your Email and Password.
**If you submitted a ticket to us in the past, but haven't signed in yet, click Get a password.
- Click Sign In.
- Once signed in, your name should appear on the top right of the page. Click on your name.
- From the drop-down that appears, select Activities.
