Please note:
** Your HYAS Support Portal credentials are separate from your HYAS platform credentials, making changes to your HYAS Support Portal credentials will not change or update your HYAS product credentials.
When HYAS sends attachments to its clients the information contained is generally sensitive, which is why we require authentication into our HYAS Support Portal in order to retrieve the file.
To obtain a password for your HYAS Support Portal account, select the Get a password link on the bottom right of the authentication screen.
